SPECIALIZED OCD & ERP THERAPY

OCD is loud.

Your life doesn’t have to be.

Compassionate evidenced-based therapy to help you respond differently to OCD and reconnect with the life you want to live. OCD is loud and I help you turn the volume down.

YOU’VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE IF…

OCD can look different than you think.

  • You replay conversations, decisions, or memories trying to feel certain you did nothing wrong.

  • You seek reassurance, check, research, or review things even though you know it’s exhausting.

  • You’re dealing with intrusive thoughts that feel frightening, shameful, and inconsistent with who you are.

OCD isn’t always visible. You deserve support even when much of the struggle is internal.

OUR APPROACH

Evidence-based OCD care.

A compassionate approach.

Here at Bridge OCD Therapy, we use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) , Inference- Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you reduce compulsive patterns, disengage with obsessional doubt, and reconnect with what matters most. Treatment is collaborative, individualized, and guided by your goals.

Welcome to Bridge OCD Therapy! I’m Audrey Oakes, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing specialized OCD therapy for individuals in Finleyville, the greater Pittsburgh area, and throughout Texas via telehealth.

As an OCD therapist who also lives with OCD, I understand how convincing, isolating, and exhausting obsessive thoughts and compulsions can feel. OCD can make you question yourself constantly, keep you trapped in fear and uncertainty, and leave you feeling disconnected from the life you want to live.

That’s why I create a therapy space where you don’t have to hide your thoughts, fears, or intrusive experiences. Whether you’re struggling with relationship OCD, religious scrupulosity, harm OCD, or constant mental compulsions, therapy can help you learn how to respond differently to OCD instead of staying trapped in its cycle.

If you feel stuck in your own mind or overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, you’re in the right place. Together, we can help you manage the chaos, reduce OCD’s hold on your life, and move toward living with greater freedom, confidence, and peace.

Christian-integrated OCD therapy is available for clients who would like their faith incorporated into treatment.
